In this study the antibacterial activity of Emblica officinalis Gaertn. was evaluated against E. coli, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus sp., Proteus sp., Pseudomonas sp. and Klebsiella sp. The antibacterial activity was determined in aqueous extracts of fruits, seed, stem, leaves and root of Emblica officinalis. Aqueous extracts of all parts effectively inhibited the growth of the test bacteria except for the root extract. All the eight strains of bacteria were resistant to the aqueous root extract. Staphylococcus aureus exhibited the maximal antibacterial activity against the fruit extract of Emblica followed by leaf, seed and stem extracts. Minimum activity of the extracts was observed against Salmonella paratyphi. The bactericidal activities of extracts of Emblica officinalis were comparatively assayed against major antibiotics acting in different modes against bacteria.

This study investigated the development, sensory acceptability, and storage stability of aloe-based fruit squashes. Mango, lime, papaya, and pineapple squashes were formulated in two groups: a control (fruit pulp and sugar) and an experimental (fruit pulp, sugar, and aloe vera juice). Sensory evaluation by 10 panelists identified pineapple and papaya squashes as the most acceptable, with specific variations selected for further study. These squashes were then stored for 90 days at both room and refrigerated temperatures, with sensory attributes assessed every 15 days. Results indicated a general decline in sensory attributes over the storage period for all squashes, with room temperature storage showing a more pronounced deterioration compared to refrigerated storage. Refrigerated storage consistently yielded higher sensory scores. The experimental pineapple squash stored under refrigeration demonstrated the best overall sensory acceptability and stability throughout the 90-day period. The study concluded that refrigerated experimental pineapple squash is the most preferred option, highlighting the potential for aloe vera in value-added fruit beverages with appropriate storage conditions.

We discuss their fundamental principles, common architectures, and specific applications across different imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound. Key challenges, such as data scarcity, interpretability, and generalization, are highlighted, along with potential solutions and future directions. The aim is to provide researchers and practitioners with a clear understanding of the current state-of-the-art, emerging trends, and the potential of ML to enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency in healthcare.

This study reveals the medicinal flora at Aravalli hill range in Khanak (Haryana), India and its importance in treating various types of ailments. The medicinal plants, which the men are practising from the long time, comprise a link with the good health both of animal and human being. The people at the site were also aware about some of the plant and the ailments they treat. From the site a total of 80 medicinal plants as 15 trees, 08 shrubs and 57 herbs belonging to 32 different families and 74 Genus were noticed prove this site a rich source from the medicinal point of views. These plant species can be utilized to cure hundreds of diseases. The highest number of 37 species can be used to cure fever, 24 diarrhoea, 22 urinary problems, etc. The present study may helpful to create awareness among the people about the medicinal importance of the plants in general and at the study site.
