subjectAbstract

Conclusion

Digital addiction requires a multidimensional management strategy. An integrative Ayurvedic-evidence-based framework offers preventive, promotive and curative pathways, addressing not just symptoms but the underlying imbalance of mind and intellect. Such a model holds promise for public health, especially in youth-oriented mental wellness programs.
