Conclusion
Secretory cavities are key identification character of Abies spectabilis (D. Don) Mirb. which is absent in all market samples, Upper striated cuticle and lower Papillose cuticle is key identification character of Taxus baccata Linn. which is found in all market samples, while secretory cavities are absent in all market samples.
